Thanks kidsrsuffering

That is exactly what we need to do. Another question we must ask is why aren't the agencies who are supposed to be caring for children doing more about it themselves. Community Services workers are too much a part of the system, they let it happen, it fact work for it to happen,
through the courts and then we have the so called expert witnesses who stand up in court and proclaim these sorts of father to be just fine.

Yes agreed fathers should be able to know their children, and vice versa but there are some who should never have the overnight and some who should automatically be excluded from having them overnight. Such as anyone who has been convicted of any form of child abuse. It's one thing for someone to watch them play with their kids under supervision, they are going to be good, but once there is no one looking over their shoulders it's a very different scene.

I'm going straight away to sign that petition, thanks for letting us know about it.

Totally agree ! I would also like to see an independent phyciatrist give a report on BOTH parents. How can a court reporter pickup on a parent who has been told what they will be asked and behaves like an angel with wings for half an hour ! Get some one TRAINED to see who is telling the truth.
