Family court, child custody and parenting orders, legal aid and everything else to do with Australian Family Law....post your questions here, and perhaps a fellow single mum will have an answer! As with the rest of the Single Mother Forum, this is a mums supporting mums forum, not a legal advice forum.

Dear Member Organisations/Groups/Individuals/Interested Persons,
The National Peak Body for Safety and Protection of Parents and Children invites you to take part in the main survey.
As you may be aware, the Federal Attorney General has Commissioned three Reviews to take place for consideration to Family Law Act changes. As I understand the submissions have to be in by 16 October,2009.
I thank those people who are contributing to the surveys as your participation is how objective data can be collected to protect your children and yourselves in the family law issues. Thank you for your overwhelming support and participation in this National project.
Please keep them coming in for contributing to the changes to the family laws.
