Single Mum looking to share Long Term Tenancy Brisbane

I am a Single Mum with two adolescent children aged 12 and 13 - one girl and one boy. I am currently seeking another single Mum either female or male who are also looking to set up a dual living arrangement in a double storey house in the suburbs surrounding Kelvin Grove College. My son is currently in Grade 8 at Kelvin Grove College, and my daughter will be going to Kelvin Grove next year. We are currently living in a house where I have the lease and have resided for the past five years at Chermside West. We have always had a tenant downstairs to reduce the rent, however it is not ideal, as there is no toilet downstairs. I would prefer a house closer to Kelvin Grove College, preferably a double storey house with bathrooms on both levels in the suburbs surrounding Kelvin Grove such as Alderley, Ashgrove, Grange, Wilston, Bowen Hills or Herston. I am looking to make the transition around August of this year.
